Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been prepared and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

During periods of high demand, holidays, or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times may vary depending on your location and the products ordered.

United States:

  • Standard Shipping: Approximately 7–15 business days

International Orders:

  • Estimated delivery: 10–25 business days

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather conditions, customs processing, carrier delays, or high-volume periods.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.


Multiple Shipments

Because Soft Sunday works with different trusted fulfillment partners, items purchased in the same order may arrive in separate packages and on different delivery dates.

There are no additional shipping charges for split shipments.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Soft Sunday is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible at [your business email], and we will do our best to assist before your order is processed.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
